Morgan Stanley’s (MS) retail brokerage arm has lured three financial advisers from wealth management firms, including one from Fulcrum Securities and two from RBC Dain Rauscher.

Joining the firm’s Virginia office is J Patrick Kearns from Fulcrum Securities, a US-based regional broker-dealer and investment advisory firm.

Kearns has previously managed roughly US$185 million in client assets and generated more than US$1.2 million in fees and commissions annually.

Kearns, with over 35 years of financial services experience, has been working for Fulcrum Securities nearly a decade ago and has previously served at firms such as Merrill Lynch and E.F. Hutton & Co.

Joining the firm’s California office are Michael Cott and Donald Nejedly from RBC Wealth Management.

The duo has preciously generated more than US$1 million in annual fees and commissions on US$250 million in client assets at RBC.
