Morgan Stanley Wealth Management has hired advisers from Deutsche Bank and Bank of America (BofA) Merrill Lynch in order to expand its operation in California and Florida, reports Reuters.

Eric Behr has joined Morgan Stanley in Florida from Deutsche Bank, where he was a director and client adviser. He comes with an experience of 20 years. He had an annual revenue production of roughly US$1.2 million. In his new role, he will report to Morgan Stanley complex manager Michael Higgins.

Thomas McCann has joined the office in California and he joined from Merrill Lynch. He managed US$200 million in client assets and generated approximately US$1.1 million in revenue, in 2012. In his new role, he will report to complex manager Mark Kremers.
