Morgan Stanley has appointed Jami Miscik, former president and vice chairman of Kissinger Associates, as new board member.
Prior to joining Kissinger Associates, Miscik served as the global head of sovereign risk at Lehman Brothers, and also served as a senior advisor to Barclays Capital.

Miscik previously served as the Central Intelligence Agency’s deputy director for intelligence.
Also, Morgan Stanley said that Griff Sexton, who served as a director since 2005, has stepped down from the Board of Directors.
