Mirabaud, a Swiss financial institution with more than 200 years’ experience in wealth management, asset management and intermediation, has announced the launch of its operations as a bank in Spain.
The new entity began this new phase on 1st January 2015, operating under the official name, Mirabaud & Cie (Europe), Sucursal en España, and forms part of the banking network that has already been rolled out by Mirabaud Group in the European Union (Spain, France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom).

Mirabaud & Cie (Europe), Sucursal en España is constituted as a Luxembourg based bank with a branch network permanently established and licensed to operate in Spain.
Mirabaud & Cie (Europe), Sucursal en España will be led by Francisco Gómez-Trenor, general manager and leading representative of the bank in Spain, who will count on the leadership support of Javier Lucas and Álvaro Nieto as sales directors.
Manuel Balanzat will occupy the role of business development manager ; the financial and operational manager will be Luis Pujol and Marcelino Blanco will lead the area of legal affairs and wealth management advisory.
