This office will further complement and combine Merrill Corporation’s existing Merrill DataSite offering and Legal Services business already established in Singapore.

The new office, located at One Raffles Place, Singapore, will provide legal, financial, transaction, virtual data room and compliance services to public and private corporations located in Singapore and throughout Southeast Asia.
The company’s full-service office, featuring global conferencing capabilities, will enable business organizations located in Southeast Asia to securely complete complex transactions more effectively and efficiently with the support of an experienced team trained and dedicated to helping companies close deals.
