Mergermarket Group, a subsidiary of BC Partners Portfolio Company, has completed the acquisition of Perfect Information (PI), a London-based provider of global workflow solutions and financial information for investment banks, for £26 million.
Mergermarket has purchased the PI business from B2B media group Centaur Media.

As part of the acquisition, PI’s workflow tools will become part of Mergermarket Group, according to unquote 99.
In addition, the tools will sit alongside Mergermarket brands including, Debtwire, Dealreporter, WealthMonitor and PaRR, Infinata and Xtract Research.
Founded in 1991, PI has a client base of around 17,000 across 42 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.
