Mercer, a provider of outsourced superannuation administration services in Australia, has selected PractiFI as its core platform for customer management.
Mercer said that the new platform went live for all its customers including members of Mercer Super.

It will be rolled out for Mercer-administered super funds in 2016.
PractiFI is the platform for running wealth businesses on Salesforce. It connects financial advice, superannuation/pensions, insurance, investments and lending onto Salesforce.
Mercer financial services business leader in the Pacific market Andrew Godfrey said: "The new platform will streamline the way we record customer interactions and improve consistency.
