Mercer, a US-based financial services consulting firm, has named Kulshaan Singh as new head of Sales for Asia as well as India, Middle East, Turkey and Africa (IMETA).
Based in Singapore, Singh will report to Gaurav Garg, Mercer’s regional president, growth markets as well as Michelle Bottomley, chief sales and marketing officer..

In his new role, Singh will oversee Mercer’s four lines of businesses including investment, talent, health and retirement.
Additionally, Singh will also partner with the firm’s growth markets region leadership team to drive sales and achieve profitable growth throughout the region.
Singh will also work with other operating companies of Marsh & McLennan, the parent company of Mercer, in order to boost the sales.
Prior to joining Mercer, Singh had served several leadership roles at Aon Hewitt for 13 years, most recently serving as a managing director for the Southeast Asia operations and previously as Singapore country manager.
