Mechanics Bank has named Deberah Kelley as new executive vice president of wealth management.
Prior to joining Mechanics Bank, Kelley has led the personal trust team as the senior fiduciary officer in the trust & investment management division of Exchange Bank.

At Exchange Bank, Kelley has also led the private banking team in which she originated a consulting-based financial practice for high-net-worth clients.
Additionally, she has also recruited, trained and managed investment, trust and private banking officers and headed the bank’s new business effort in Personal Trust.
