MB Financial Bank has hired Sally Larson Sargent as senior managing director and head of wealth management.
In her new role, Sargent will report to Mark Heckler, executive vice president.

Sargent, who joined MB Financial in 2008, previously served as head of personal trust and guardianship services. Prior to this, she worked as national head of trusts and estate services at Harris Private Bank.
Additionally, the bank has hired Alan Teraji as a senior managing director and head of personal trust and guardianship services, reporting to Sargent.
Teraji has joined MB from North Star Trust Company where he served as president.
Heckler said: "These two leaders will ensure that we will continue to deliver personalized, comprehensive services to the company’s many wealth management clients. Their broad experience, deep knowledge and leadership skills will further build and enhance our already robust product and service offerings."
