British wealth manager Mattioli Woods has joined forces with tax structuring specialist Stellar Asset Management to launch an inheritance tax mitigation service for private clients.
Dubbed Progression, the new proposition is aimed at offering clients relief from inheritance tax and will allow clients to become shareholders of their own private trading company.

Stellar will be responsible for identifying and managing trading opportunities where the invested money will be committed. The asset manager will also offer administration, accounting as well as tax services.
