The company, which is led by Lorenzo Esparza, will offer comprehensive asset management including private equity, direct real-estate investment and hedge strategies.
The firm revealed that it plans to grow aggressively in the years ahead and looking to establish further presence in Southern California, as well as major metropolitan cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, and New York.
