Maitland, an advisory, fund administration and fiduciary services firm, has bolstered its business development and client management team in Europe, North America, and Latin America with four new hires.
In London, Maitland has hired Luke Spencer-Wilson as senior business development manager.

In his new role, Spencer-Wilson will be responsible for expanding Maitland’s footprint in the European alternative investment fund space and will report to Patric Foley-Brickley.
Spencer-Wilson, who has nearly two decades of experience in investment management and banking, joined Maitland from HSBC’s London office where he worked as director sales for asset managers and alternatives investment managers.
The company has named Pedro Hilton S. Olmo as client services manager to its team in Latin America, where he will alongside Ben Pershick and Benjamin Reid.
Olmo will be in charge for servicing and managing Maitland’s expanding book of Latin American clients, who use a global suite of Maitland services. He joined Maitland from the Turim (multi) Family Office in Brazil.

By GlobalDataIn New York, Bill Henderson has been appointed as senior business development manager. In his role, he will report to Scott Price and focus on growing the firm’s share of the hedge and private equity fund administration market in North America and the Caribbean.
Henderson joined Maitland from Butterfield Fulcrum, where he served as MD leading global sales efforts. He has also held roles at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barley.
Additionally, Maitland has added Charles Romilly as business development advisor to the London team. He will be responsible for expanding private client and institutional services across Europe and will report to Patric Foley-Brickley.
Romilly has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and has co-founded two UK regulated entities.
