Private client specialists Hunters and May, May & Merrimans (MMM), founded in 1715 and 1786 respectively, have decided to merge on 1 April 2015.

With 120 staff, the newly-formed firm will be known as Hunters, incorporating May, May & Merrimans, and will have its main office at 9 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn.
MMM will add seven partners and eight solicitors to Hunters’ 25 partners and 14 solicitors base yielding a combined turnover of £13m ($20.42).
