Combined index expertise and capabilities of FTSE and Russell Indexes will produce a comprehensive suite of index solutions with broad global coverage updated with local market knowledge and extensive multi-asset capabilities.

Mark Makepeace, chief executive of FTSE and Ron Bundy, chief executive of Russell Indexes, said in a joint message, "Over the coming months, our teams will work to ensure smooth integration of these businesses.
