London Capital Group has hired Nicholas Lee and Rebecca Fuller as its non-executive directors.
Lee, who has over 25 years of experience in international investment banking, was with Dresdner Kleinwort and its antecedent firms from 1988 to 2009.

He began at Kleinwort Benson Group and rose to the position of managing director, head of banking, hedge fund solutions, and earlier also served as a managing director in mergers and acquisitions at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
At present, he holds the position of executive chairman of AIM-listed Paternoster Resources and non-executive director of AIM-listed MX Oil.
Lee formerly also served as a director and head of corporate finance at Novus Capital Markets Limited and a director of AIM-listed Metal Tiger and Plutus Powergen.
Fuller, who will be designated as the company’s senior independent non-executive director, holds 20 years of experience as a practising lawyer in governance, regulation and risk management with various international financial institutions and law firms.

Fuller worked at Citadel Investment Group in Europe as the general counsel and head of compliance from 2004 to 2012, from 2010 to 2012 held the role of a director of Citadel Securities (Europe) Limited, and from 2000 to 2003 served as legal counsel for the Lehman Brothers’ equities unit in Europe.
Prior to this, she practised as a finance lawyer with Clifford Chance, and before that worked as an associate to the Honourable MEJ Black, who was the chief justice of the Federal Court of Australia.
