Farley comes with 15 years of banking experience in a variety of roles, including wealth, corporate, international and retail banking.
He will report to Richard Musty, director, Lloyds TSB Private Banking and Lloyds TSB International.
Musty said: "Jon will be instrumental to our future strategy. He brings a broad and deep knowledge to the role and has extensive international experience having worked in Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia and the US."
