The Board of Directors of Leumi Private Bank – formerly Bank Leumi Switzerland – have appointed Udi Zilberberg as CEO of the bank, replacing Amnon Zaidenberg, who announced his intention to leave the position after six years.

The appointment of Zilberberg is effective as of 1 August 2013.

Zilberberg has been working for Leumi for 18 years, during which he served in several senior management positions, the latest being head of direct banking and head of consumer credit in the retail banking division.

Zaidenberg expressed his gratitude to the Board of Directors of Leumi Private Bank for the "trust and cooperation he was given throughout his term of office". The members of the Board expressed their appreciation to Zaidenberg for his contribution to promoting the bank over the last six years – mainly leading the acquisition and merger process of Banque Safdie.
