Legis Group has made two new senior appointments to its funds division, Legis Fund Services Limited.
Haley Camp has joined as company secretarial manager and Ian Hancock as head of alternative funds.

Miss Camp, a qualified barrister, has worked in Guernsey’s finance industry for over a decade and has held various positions, including client solutions manager and company secretary of a local fund administration company.
She joins her new post with significant experience in managing complex projects and providing corporate secretarial services to a wide-range of investment fund structures – including FTSE 250 and other LSE main market, AIM, SFM, CISX and Euronext listed structures. She has worked with a variety of asset classes including private equity, listed infrastructure, property, forestry and other esoteric classes.
Mr Hancock has more than 27 years’ experience in financial services and worked as managing director of a local fund services company before joining Legis. He has a long track record of working with private equity funds, employee benefit trusts, pension schemes, captive insurance vehicles, securitisation vehicles and limited partnerships.
Having held various executive directorships and overseen the administration of a range of fund clients and asset classes, he is also a Certified Process Professional Master and a member of the Institute of Directors.
