US-based Lebenthal Holdings has established a new private wealth advisory division, enabling to expand and grow its asset management and broker dealer activities.

Called Lebenthal Wealth Advisors, the new division has been set up to offer clients with independent advice from a team of wealth managers across the nation.

The new division will be led by Jeffrey Lane and Frank Campanale. Lane will serve as chairman for Lebenthal Holdings board, while Campanale has been appointed as chairman and CEO of the newly launched unit.

Additionally, Andrew Grillo, a former regional director of Smith Barney, will take up the role as president of Lebenthal Wealth Advisors, while James B. Lebenthal will serve as the chief investment officer and market strategist, and James A. Lebenthal as chairman emeritus.

Alexandra Lebenthal, CEO and president of Lebenthal Holdings, said that the venture not only complements its existing platform but will position them for further growth leveraging opportunities in the evolving financial services landscape.
