Bircham Dyson Bell (BDB), a UK-based law firm, has named Harriet Morgan as the new partner in its private wealth team.
In her new role, Morgan will be responsible for developing the firm’s key practice areas including government and infrastructure, real estate, private wealth, litigation, corporate, charities and employment.

Morgan will be reporting to Helen Ratcliffe, head of private wealth. Her hiring brings the total number of partners at the firm to 15.
Morgan has joined BDB from Reed Smith where she served as a tax partner since 2006. She has experience on all types of UK and international tax issues, particularly involving banking and asset finance, private equity and real estate. Previously, she also advised on personal tax issues for a number of high net worth individuals in the UK.
