ARC Group has acknowledged that it is in advanced talks with an affiliate of the Labatt family, on a corporate transaction that will enable ARC to expand its activities in Europe and also establish operations in the Caribbean and North America.
If the deal materializes, ARC Group will be acquired by an affiliate of the Labatt family, which would see it become a subsidiary of the firm.

ARC Group’s employees would retain a ‘significant’ shareholding in the firm following any deal.

ARC was founded in 1995 and currently employs around 50 staff across Guernsey and Jersey in investment research and investment consulting activities.
