French asset manager La Française has partnered with Swiss private bank Gonet&Cie for fund distribution in Switzerland.
Following the receipt of necessary approval, the partnership will be structured as a joint venture, the companies said in their joint statement.

The new entity will distribute the investment solutions of La Française and its affiliates.
Additionally, both the companies are planning to develop a specific offering to meet the needs of institutional investors in the Middle East based on the presence of Gonet&Cie in Abu Dhabi.
The collaboration will also deliver an opportunity to examine the creation of a fund invested in Swiss equities, managed by Gonet&Cie, which will depend on the expertise of Inflection Point Capital Management UK, a consultancy firm specialised in strategically aware investing (SAI).
Gonet&Cie will use the expertise of La Française to diversify its sources of growth, develop a sector that complements its core private wealth management activity and establish its presence in relation to financial intermediaries and institutional investors
