The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has appointed Ms Teresa Ko Yuk-yin, JP and Mr Lee Kwok Keung as members of both the Securities Compensation Fund Committee and the Investor Compensation Fund Committee effective 29 August 2014.
The SFC is also pleased to announce the appointment of Dr William Wong Ming-fung, SC as a member of the Nominations Committee (Note 3) effective 12 September 2014.

In addition, the SFC announces that Mr Anderson Chow Ka-ming, SC (now the Hon Mr Justice Chow) has stepped down as a member of the three aforesaid committees and Mr Chan Ping Keung has stepped down as a member of the Securities Compensation Fund Committee and the Investor Compensation Fund Committee.
The SFC would like to thank the Hon Mr Justice Chow and Mr Chan for their contributions to the work of the committees.
