In his new role, Thatcher will report to Nigel Spray, Kleinwort Benson’s managing director of principal investments and advisory, which advises clients on business development including raising debt, equity or partnering with co-investors.
Earlier, Thatcher worked at Macquarie, where he served as a managing director from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, Thatcher worked at Davidson Kempner Capital Management and Rothschild.
