Ralph is joining Kinetic Super from Medibank, where she spearheaded the direction and execution of its value proposition, product and pricing strategy across retail, corporate and overseas product portfolios.

She has experience in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors within Australia and the Pacific Islands.

According to Kinetic Super executive officer customer experience Chris Green, Ralph will look at the current super landscape and find new ways of engaging with members to make super more relevant, particularly to the younger demographic.

"We’re leveraging new approaches and ways of thinking to help us identify the big opportunities to solve member problems better. We’re adopting lean start up methodology in our new innovation lab to test and develop ideas quickly and efficiently – we’re finding out how to fail fast and become an organisation focused on rapid learning," the publication quoted Green as saying.
