The business will offer a range of services such as financial planning, asset management, investment portfolio consulting, philanthropic giving, multigenerational wealth and estate planning, as well as transition strategies for high net worth clients.

The firm has a team of five members, which includes financial adviser Matthew Heffington.

The team will be headed by Kevin Kimery, who joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. Before that he was associated with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

“Our team has spent decades earning the trust of our clients, and recognized that in order to maintain that trust we needed to evolve into a fully transparent, independent financial advisory business. Now operating as a privately owned, independent entity, we are best equipped to maintain our focus on each individual client and their unique needs,” Kimery noted.
