British fund manager Jupiter Asset Management has opened a new office in Stockholm.
In addition, Jupiter has signed an agreement with NASDAQ OMX’s Nordic Fund Market for the distribution of its funds in a move to expand its presence in the Nordic region.

The Stockholm office will be headed by Christoffer Kjellberg Ek, sales director, Nordic’s, who joined Jupiter from JP Morgan.
The new office will mainly operate as a sales office.
Under the distribution deal, 17 sub-funds of the Jupiter Global Fund and Jupiter Merlin Fund Sicavs including Jupiter Dynamic Bond Fund, Jupiter European Growth fund, and Jupiter Global Ecology Growth Fund will be available on the Nordic Fund Market platform.
Additionally, Jupiter will offer Swedish kronor (SEK) hedged share classes for four of the funds including Jupiter Dynamic Bond, Jupiter Merlin Real Return, Jupiter Strategic Total Return and Jupiter Europa in a move to expand its Nordic offering.
