Jupiter Asset Management’s global head of distribution Simon Hynes is to leave the company in July to take a sabbatical.

Hynes, who had been at Jupiter for 12 years, was promoted to the role in February replacing Maarten Slendebroek, who is now CEO of the firm.

According to fundweb, Jupiter has yet not taken a final call on probable replacement for Hynes.

A spokesperson for Jupiter said: "We would like to thank him for all his hard work for the company during this time and wish him the very best for his future.
"We will announce his successor in due course," spokesperson added.
