Swiss private banking giant Julius Baer has expanded its partnership with FIA Formula E Championship until the end of season five in 2019.

The FIA Formula E inaugural championship, which began in Beijing on 13 September 2014, included 10 races in major cities across the globe including Buenos Aires, Berlin, Monte Carlo and London.

The second Formula E Championship season 2015-16 will be held in Beijing on 24 October 2015 with Paris as a new location on the race calendar.

Additionally, Formula E is planning to start an additional race in Hong Kong in 2016-17, an important location in Julius Baer’s second home market Asia.
