JTC Group has received license to offer its range of services including private client, corporate, fund and real estate services in the Cayman Islands.

The Cayman office aims at establishing and servicing Cayman domiciled funds as well as listings of securities on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.

Additionally, the Cayman office will build on its existing platform of services for private and international clients including company incorporation and administration services and the provision of directors to companies and regulated funds.

The office will be led by Stuart Pinnington, group head of corporate services.

The firm already has a presence in the Cayman Islands since 2013.

Pinnington said: "Obtaining this licence and investing into Cayman reinforces JTC Group’s commitment to providing our clients and investors with a truly international service. Many of our clients are based in Asia and the Middle East and have shown a keen interest in Cayman as a service centre and we are now able to offer them our full suite of services."
