Called JP Morgan Ethos Investments, the platform is aimed at investors looking to deploy capital in ESG-focused assets.

Through this platform, investors will be able to choose between active and passive strategies and bespoke portfolios, across equity, credit and fixed income.

The platform will also include green and social bonds issued by highly rated supranational corporate entities to combine principal protection and equity-linked upside potential.

Also, investors can receive exposure to assets selected for their ESG performance via JPMorgan’s partnerships with index providers and asset managers.

Moreover, the bank has partnered with index provider S&P and World Bank for the launch of a new range of indices.

JPMorgan global head of equities Tim Throsby said: "We have seen first-hand the rapid rise in demand for ESG-based products, as clients realise that the returns can be just as rewarding as with traditional products," said, at.
