JPMorgan Chinese Investment Trust has named Oscar Wong as an independent non-executive director to its Board, effective August 2014.
Prior to joining JPMorgan, Wong worked for more than 21 years at the asset management arm of LGT group, which is owned by the Prince of Liechtenstein Foundation.

Prior to this, Wong served as deputy chief executive at Invesco Asia and regional managing director at Prudential Portfolio Managers Asia.
Wong is currently non-executive director of two Growth Enterprise Market listed companies in Hong Kong, as well as an independent non-executive director of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Ping An Insurance Group.
He also served as CEO of BOCI-Prudential Asset Management and ICBC (Asia) Investment Management Company. He was also formerly a NED of One Asset Management, ARN Asian Enterprise Fund, ARN Investment SICAV and executive director of LW Asset Management Advisors Limited.
Wong has more than 35 years experience in the investment industry, including 15 years holding senior positions at Board level in several investment management companies.
