Mark Carlile is the new head of Australia strategic relationships, for the funds business of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, situated in Melbourne.
In his new role, he will be reporting to David Halifax, J.P. Morgan head of Australia funds.

As the company’s new head of strategic relationships, he will play a vital role in business strategy creation and implementation, and also in building strategic relationships with major financial institutions.
Before joining J.P. Morgan, he was working with Vanguard Investments as the national manager, key accounts research and platform.
Carlile is a veteran in the industry with more than 20 years of experience, working in various senior roles with companies like Goldman Sachs, JBWere Asset Management and ANZ.
According to Financialstandard.com, Halifax reportedly said: "Mark’s appointment is an important step in our expansion strategy, as we continue to grow our wholesale offering in Australia."

Katie will play an active role in supporting the Australian business.
