Brizay, Bindel’s predecessor, has reportedly moved to London to head M&A for JP Morgan’s diversified industrials in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Bindel, 38, will report to Hernan Cristerna, the global co-head of M&A, who assumed that role last month.

Bindel started his career at JP Morgan in 2000 in San Francisco, and has since worked in London and Paris, focusing on the telecoms, media and technology industries, and mergers and acquisitions.
