Crewe-based Jones Sheridan Financial Consulting has acquired Congleton-based Wealth and Trustee Management, the latest in a string of UK acquisitions, according to IFAonline.
This deal will increase Jones Sheridan’s funds under management to £350 million and adds an additional 300 new clients.

As a part of the deal, Jones Sheridan has appointed Jon Hall, who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of the Wealth and Trustee clients.
Jones Sheridan’s expansion began with Warrington-based Kevin Garner Financial Services, followed by the Staffordshire firm Brown & Corbishley Financial Services, Haslington-based Mike Taylor Financial Services, Macclesfield’s Premier Financial Associates and the client base of Peter and Irene Burgess, trading as Harcourt.
