Jersey Finance has named Robert Christensen as new chairman of its board replacing Jonathan White.
Christensen has been involved in the establishment of Jersey Finance and also served as a non-executive director from 2000 until 2008.

Prior to this, he also worked as managing director of Volaw Group since 1988 and also as a founding director of Volaw. He has more than 35 years’ experience in trust and company management services.
White has been chairman of Jersey Finance since 2009 and also worked as Group Chairman of Ogier until 2009.

There are few in the finance industry that has given more to the development of Jersey Finance than Robert and I am delighted that he has agreed to follow on from Jonathan as Chairman," he added.
