Prior to Jefferies, Norley was with Greenberg Traurig Maher, where he was the head of their European restructuring practice.
And previously, he was also the head of the European restructuring practice at Kirkland & Ellis for seven years and practiced for five years as a partner in the financial restructuring practice of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.
Norley had started his career as a restructuring lawyer at Clifford Chance.
