Australian based private wealth management firm JBWere has appointed James Wright as its new chief investment officer, with effect from 21 October 2013.
In his new role, Wright will be responsible for setting the firm’s investment strategy and manage the tactical asset allocation, product and security selection for JBWere’s private wealth management, institutional and not-for-profit client portfolios.

Wright, with more than 23 year of experience in wealth management industry, most recently served as chief investment officer and head of equities at ING Investment Management.
Prior to this, Wright worked for a number of organisations including the Commonwealth Treasury, Treasury Corporation of Victoria.
