James Hay Partnership, a UK-based platform for retirement wealth planning, has bolstered its sales teams by hiring new platform consultants, strategic account manager and business development manager.
The firm has named Sam Turner and David Lucas as new platform consultants, who will be responsible for offering face to face technical training to advisors.

Sam joined James Hay from Aegon, where he worked as a platform implementation manager, while Lucas was already at James Hay as an internal trainer.
Additionally, James Hay has hired Nicholas Sleep and Andy Mackleworth for its Strategic Account Managers team. Sleep joined from LV, while Mackleworth will join the firm in January 2016 from AXA Life Invest.
Furthermore, And Emily Trenouth has been appointed as new business development manager. Trenouth joinED from Metlife, where she held a similar role.
