IRESS, a provider of wealth management system in Australia, has launched an updated version of its wealth management and advice solution XPlan for advisors.

Known as XPLAN 2.12, the new version will include extensive new tools such as XTOOL and XPLAN’s Engage, according to Finextra.

Using XPLAN’s new Estate Planning XTOOL, advisers will be able to reveal the benefits of a comprehensive financial plan effectively and cost-effectively.

Additionally, the tool has been designed to analyze the tax liabilities for estates and offers full tax analysis for client or partner for any future financial year as well as serves to engage the client with more in-depth advice services using all available client data.

With the support of XPLANtouch, XPLAN’s Engage will allow advisors to bring cashflow modelling to life for their clients through interactive displays and the ability to demonstrate alternative scenarios digitally on tablet devices.

At the same time, IRESS has also unveiled a new analytics tool that provides on-demand historical analysis of a client’s portfolio.

The tool will offer advisors assess to client’s actual investment risk and return at a household, client portfolio and holding level support to manage portfolios effectively.
