IRESS, a software provider for financial markets and wealth management in Australia, has named Michael Lynds as new head of product and business solutions for Canada.
In his new role, Lynds will be responsible for building and consolidating the firm’s financial markets footprint in addition to delivering IRESS’ growth strategy in the evolving Canadian wealth management market.

Lynds will report to Glenn Wilson, managing director and regional head for Canada.
Prior to joining IRESS, Lynds worked at Richardson GMP as head of the National Wealth Management Group, where he led the business strategy of a number of wealth divisions including asset management, insurance services, investment research, product and platform development, and wealth services.
