Investec Private Banking has named Mark Thomson as its new head of treasury.
In his new role, Thomson will be responsible for the efficient, day-to-day management of the treasury department in addition to delivering foreign exchange services and managing the bank’s balance sheet.

He will also coordinate with the various business development areas and support them with client visits and meetings, using his expertise to unmask the client’s perception of what treasury does and how it could add value to their lives.
