Invesco Perpetual has restructured its UK retail sales team and also created a new financial institutions group that targets discretionary asset managers, retail and private banks, wealth managers, family offices and advisers.

The new financial institutions group will be headed by Jason Evans.

Additionally, Chris Lyes, head of regional sales, will oversee a 30-strong team that focuses on advisors.

Evans and Lyes will work together with Chris Donnelly, head of life companies and James Rawson, head of platform distribution.

Invesco has named Gavin Ward as new sales manager, London Wealth and Family Offices as well as Tristan Murphy as new regional sales manager, North West.

In his new role, Ward will lead Invesco Perpetual’s London-based wealth manager and family office clients.

Ward has joined Invesco Standard Life Investments, while Murphy from Threadneedle.
