Dutch trust operator Intertrust has hired Theo Splinter from BNP Paribas to serve as its new COO and executive committee member.
Based in Amsterdam, Splinter will manage the firm’s operations, IT, change management and procurement globally. He will assume the new role on 1 June 2018.

Splinter joined BNP Paribas in 2015 and served as the firm’s COO of security services in Luxembourg and European centres of excellence.
His financial career of over two decades also includes stints at Citco Fund Services, and Credit
Suisse, where he served as managing director of Credit Suisse Prime Services and COO of hedge fund services.
