Intertrust Group has completed the acquisition of ATC Group, after having received the necessary regulatory approvals.
As a combined group, Intertrust operates with over 1,450 professionals from 33 offices in 24 countries and provides trust and corporate services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, alternative investment funds and entrepreneurs.

Following closing of the deal, Intertrust and ATC have started a process to integrate the two companies.
Part of the integration process is a full rebranding of ATC into Intertrust, which is expected to be completed by 2 December 2013.
"We will continue to focus on delivering the highest quality service to the clients, while taking a personal approach and long-term perspective on building relationships, being responsive and continuously supporting clients’ individual needs, as we have done for many years," Intertrust Group said in a statement.
On 4 June 2013, PBI reported that UK private equity group HgCapital has sold Dutch fiduciary services firm ATC to Intertrust for an enterprise value of EUR303 million.
