iCapital Network has launched a new online platform that provides private equity peer group data from Burgiss to independent RIA firms, family offices and other private wealth channel partners.
Burgiss provides performance data on private fund peer groups including multiple asset types and strategies to registered users of the iCapital Network platform to benchmark private equity managers across numerous fund size ranges.

In addition, the platform will offer iCapital investors access the Burgiss peer groups directly from its benchmarking tool, which is available for free to registered users of the iCapital.
iCapital said that peer group data is taken from the Burgiss manager universe which includes more than 6,000 private capital funds, representing over $4tn in capital across the full range of private capital strategies.
