Guernsey-based fund administrator IAG Holdings has formed new joint ventures in Hong Kong and Singapore with Tricor Group, a member of the Bank of East Asia Group.
According to IAG, the new joint ventures will be operated as Tricor IAG Fund Administration (Hong Kong) Limited and Tricor IAG Fund Administration (Singapore) Pte. Limited.

The joint ventures will offer fund administration services to private equity, real estate and alternative assets funds in Hong Kong and Singapore.
