HSBC Global Asset Management has appointed Adrian Gordon as new UK institutional head, replacing Stuart White.
Based in London, Gordon will report to chief executive Andy Clark.

Prior to joining HSBC, Gordon served as head of institutional for two years at BNY Mellon Investment Management. He also held senior roles at OppenheimerFunds and Barclays Global Investors.
Gordon, who started his career at Mercer, has advised a portfolio of UK pension and charity clients on all aspects of investment strategy.
Meantime, White has been promoted as head of strategy for the asset management business.
