Mr. Dogra has more than 16 years of experience in helping top wealth management firms build their businesses. Most recently, he served as a practice management consultant and leader of the wealth management and advisory knowledge group for North Highland Company. He previously held senior positions at Graystone Wealth Management & Private Bank, BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Brinker Capital and SEI.

Mr. Dogra additionally serves on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA. In 2006 and 2008, LEADERSHIP Philadelphia named him a Top 101 Connector. He will be based in HighTower’s New York City regional headquarters.
